How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 

14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Please Beaware Bepoke items are not returnable

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

Refunds

1 - All refunds due to you will be made using the same method used by you when paying for the Goods, unless you have requested an exchange. You will be refunded the price paid for the Goods, subject to the following limitations and deductions:

a) Any original delivery fees.

2 - All refunds due to you will be made as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind under the cooling-off period, We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of:

a) The day on which We receive the returned Goods;
b) The day on which you inform Us (supplying evidence) that you have sent the Goods back (if this is earlier);
c) If We are collecting the Goods, the day on which you inform Us that you wish to cancel and end the Contract; or
d) If We have not yet provided an Order Confirmation or have not yet dispatched the Goods, the day on which you inform Us that you wish to cancel and end the Contract.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your non-bespoke goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Unfortunately, as many of our products are provided on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accept returns of products that have been unpackaged and worn unless there is a fault with the product, or it has not been manufactured to your specification.
